Intertradedocs was born out of the need for an easy to use and affordable export documentation package.

 

Giving due consideration to the increased awareness of compliance, Wilhelmina Ligthart, with more than 35 years international trade experience, has with her development team designed a software package that meets UN standards for International Trade documents.

 

Intertradedocs, or ITDocs as the software is affectionately known in-house, is a useful tool for exporters, forwarders and custom brokers alike: to easily and affordably produce compliant documents.

 

This package doesn't encroach on the document certification services provided by Industry bodies, or the services provided by Forwarders or Customs brokers. It doesn't offer a confusing profusion of bells and whistles – just professional, compliant commercial export documents in minutes.

 

ITDocs is the first platform independent online export documentation software accessible anywhere.

 

ITDocs produces all core documents for export shipments but can also be used as a reporting/recording tool for import shipments as the documentary requirements are very similar.
